How much does it cost to ship?
Pricing is corridor-based and transparent: before you commit, you see a freight quote for your route from a vetted transporter. The exact amount depends on the corridor and the size of the load — message us on WhatsApp and we will walk you through a quote.
How do I pay?
Pay by M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa). Freight payments are held securely until delivery is confirmed, so your money is not released before your goods arrive.
How long does delivery take?
Once a vetted transporter accepts your load, the route is scheduled and you can track it live by GPS. Timing depends on the corridor and the load — message us on WhatsApp for a realistic estimate for your route.
How do I know my goods are safe?
Every transporter is vetted before carrying loads, your freight payment sits in escrow, and a delivery is only released with a secure code once the handoff is confirmed.
How do release codes work?
Every confirmed shipment carries its own secure release code. The load — and the release of payment — depends on that code confirming the handoff, which protects both the store and the transporter.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Drivers and dispatchers have cash-on-delivery management tools alongside the M-Pesa escrow flow. Message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm whether COD fits your route.
Are your transporters vetted?
Yes. Drivers register and apply, are reviewed before they carry loads, and only vetted transporters accept freight.
How do I track my delivery?
Track deliveries live by GPS from the schedule view. Drivers mark each stop as delivered in the app as they go, so you see progress in near real time.
